Brand JUL celebrates the most anticipated spring with the new Youth Club collection, all dedicated to the conscious youth: to those who gathered together and have been fighting, cheering, helping and rebuilding the country with their own hands for this whole time. Those people are such an inspiration to us, so JUL just could not stay away.
The volunteer movement in Ukraine started in 2014 and has become an integral part of the daily life of conscious Ukrainians since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Today this movement feels very young, proactive, progressive and almost always non-trivial. This collection is all about youth, light and lightness. It was inspired by young volunteers who unite, help those in need and inspire others to do the same.
The Youth Club collection includes the season’s most trendy items: cargo trousers, shorts and skirts, low-rise jeans, hoodies, caps and big shopping bags. A large part of the collection traditionally are wardrobe basics like polo shirts, classic straight trousers, longsleeves, soft tops, laconic t-shirts and tank tops, pleated midi and mini skirts, and dresses: a semi-transparent long-sleeved dress and a milk dress with a bustier top.
Some clothes and accessories were decorated with symbolics that carry special meanings. The heraldic lion is a symbol of courage and strength, the sun symbolizes rebirth, letter J, decorated with flowers – is about spring and youth.
The main heroine of the campaign is Varvara Lushchyk, one of the representatives of the young volunteer movement. Together with friends and colleagues, Varvara has been helping people in need by delivering food and medicines, and by rebuilding houses in Chernihiv region which were destroyed by russians since the first months of the invasion.Explore more
