JUL: DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
1. Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service to a branch or address. The cost of delivery is calculated individually, based on the declared cost, which corresponds to the actual amount of the order according to the tariffs of the delivery service, and is paid by the buyer separately when receiving the order at the branch.
2. The deadline for the formation of shipments is 1-3 working days (however, during the sales period, this deadline may be extended by several days).
3. Delivery of orders is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, with the exception of Crimea, occupied territories and the zone where hostilities are taking place.
4. We also note that as soon as your order has been processed and shipped by the seller, delivery services begin. Therefore, if you cancel your order after it has been shipped, there will be no refund for shipping.
5. Important! When receiving your order at the post office or when it is delivered by courier, please check the product in detail for any kind of defects/stains, etc. If you find that the product is damaged immediately upon receipt, you can refuse it on the spot by filling out a return form (in which you indicate the damage found on the product) and send it back. In this case, all logistics costs are borne by the Seller. The return of the product may be refused if the defect/contamination, etc., was discovered already after receiving the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
1. Deliveries are made by the UkrPoshta service to any country in the world, except russia, belarus, Eritrea, North Korea, Syria, India. Terms of formation of shipments — 2-3 working days. The terms of delivery of shipments are 20-30 days from the moment the order is sent (however, the terms may be extended by the carrier due to weather conditions/customs clearance, etc., we are not responsible for these delays). Please take into account the delivery time of logistics companies.

3. The cost of delivery is paid by the client immediately upon placing the order according to the carrier's rates (delivery rates are fixed and indicated on our website in this section or in the checkout when placing the order).
4. For international shipments, the Recipient must find out the cost of customs clearance on the official websites of the receiving country. All duties and taxes are borne by the Recipient. Additionally, we note that we do not have information on how the customs clearance procedure goes and how much it costs.
