This Privacy Policy defines the general conditions for the processing and protection of personal data of Users, which are collected in the process of using a Website and ordering (purchasing) goods sold by the Seller – Galina Volodymyrivna Tkachuk (RNOKPP 2700611989).

1.4. The owner and manager of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy is an individual entrepreneur Galina Volodymyrivna Tkachuk (RNOKPP 2700611989).

3.3. The Seller may automatically collect the User’s non-personal information, that is, such information that does not allow the User to be directly or indirectly identified, in particular, the User’s browser type, or information about the site from which the User accessed a Website.
4. Purpose of processing and terms of storage of personal data.
4.1. The seller collects information about the name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, address, and information about the branch of the postal operator specified by the User when ordering the product, for the purpose of organizing and implementing cooperation between us, namely for the identification of orders, their processing, and delivery.
Such information is stored for three years from the moment of placing the last order on the website.
4.2. The Seller collects information about the User’s e-mail address and phone number in order to exchange information with him, including sending information of an advertising nature about the Seller’s activities.

4.3. The User’s address and information about the branch of the postal operator, specified by the User when ordering the product, are collected for the delivery of the product ordered by the Customer.

4.4. Information about cookies files, the User’s IP address, and the User’s behavior on the Site is collected to adapt marketing and advertising activities offered on the Site or third-party services and to control the general and individual activity of Users.
Such information is stored for three years from the moment of placing the last order on the website.
4.5. The seller does not collect or store your payment data. Such information may be collected and stored by banks and/or financial companies in accordance with their internal rules.
5. User rights
5.1. The user has the right to:
5.1.1. to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (location) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give an appropriate order to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
5.1.2. to receive information about the conditions of providing access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
5.1.3. to access his personal data;
5.1.4. to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, an answer about whether his personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5.1.5. present a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of his personal data;
5.1.6. make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of his personal data by any owner and manager of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
5.1.7. to protect his personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
5.1.8. file complaints about the processing of his personal data to the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
5.1.9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
5.1.10. enter a reservation regarding the limitation of the right to process your personal data when giving consent;
5.1.11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
5.1.12. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
5.1.13. to protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
5.2. The user who intends to exercise his rights, provided for in clause 5.1 of this Privacy Policy, sends his request to the e-mail address: hello@jul.ua. Such a claim is considered by the Seller within 10 days from the moment of receipt.
6. Access to personal data by third parties
6.1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:
6.1.1. with the written consent of the User;
6.1.2. in the cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine and this Privacy Policy;
6.1.3. if it is necessary to transfer data to partners (counterparts, etc.) of the Seller for the purpose of performing transactions (fulfilling obligations) related to the User, including for the fulfillment of the User’s order and delivery of goods to him.
6.2. The seller reserves the right to provide anonymized data to any third parties.
7. The procedure for protecting confidential information
7.1. The seller processes personal data using legal, organizational, and technical measures that prevent accidental loss, destruction, and (or) illegal processing, including illegal destruction or access to personal data.
7.2. Employees of the Seller and third parties engaged by the Seller for the purpose of cooperation between the Seller and the User have access only to those personal data that are necessary for them in the course of performing their duties.
7.3. The deletion and destruction of the personal data of Users are carried out in a way that excludes the further possibility of renewing such personal data.
8. Other provisions
8.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Privacy Policy without notifying the User. Changes to the Policy take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site.
8.2. In the event that any of the provisions of these Rules is deemed invalid by any competent state body of Ukraine, this will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other terms of these Rules, which remain fully valid, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. Disputes arising between the Parties regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.4. Disputes between the Parties not settled by the Parties through negotiations shall be resolved by a competent court of Ukraine under the legislation of Ukraine.
