1) Is it possible to reserve clothes?

It is possible to reserve clothes only when placing an order on our website. If you failed to pay for the order, we will contact you to confirm and pay for it. The order will be booked for you within 24 hours.

2) Is it possible to return the product?

You can always return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Along with the items, you must send the settlement document (cashier's receipt or its copy) and a self-filled return application (you receive this application together with the order). The product to be returned must be new in the original packaging, have a marketable appearance, no smell and traces of use (presence of tags, labels, etc.).

3) Is it possible to exchange the product?

You can always exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order. Exchanges are only available if the amount of the new order is the same as the price of the item being returned. Exchange with additional payments or partial refund is not possible. However, you can always return the item and place a new order.

The product that is returned for exchange must be new in the original packaging, have a commercial appearance, no smell and traces of use (presence of tags, labels, etc.).

4) Can all products be returned?

The following goods cannot be exchanged/returned: hosiery, gloves, underwear, perfume and cosmetic products.

5) Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except russia, belarus, eritrea, DPRK, syria, india. Deliveries are made by UkrPoshta and DHL services. You can place an order on our jul.ua website. Delivery from UAH 665: Delivery and Payment

6) What is the cost and delivery time?

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out according to the tariffs of the logistics company "Nova Poshta". Delivery is carried out within two to three working days from the moment of ordering.

International delivery by "UkrPoshta" from UAH 665 and "DHL" from UAH 2,000. Average delivery times of UkrPoshta range from 20 to 30 days, DHL – 14 days.

7) Is pickup and delivery possible on the day of the order?

Yes, you can pick up your order yourself from our showroom every day from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., having previously placed an order on the website and agreed with the manager on the date of receiving the order. It is also possible to send an order for a taxi around Kyiv from our showroom. Taxi is paid by the Client.

8) How to choose the right size online?

You can view two size charts: with body measurements and with product measurements. They are presented in every product.

9) Where can I try things on offline?

10) Is it possible to purchase a gift certificate and what are the terms of its use?
 
Yes, we have gift certificates in denominations of: 1000 UAH, 1500 UAH, 2000 UAH, 3000 UAH, 5000 UAH, 10000 UAH.

11) What to do if the product arrived with a defect?

If you received an item with a defect, please write us all the details about the defect and attach a photo of the item. After that, we will be able to replace the product with a new one or issue a refund.

12) What is the refund procedure?

Refunds are made after we receive your package and the manager notifies you about it with an additional message. When receiving a return, we make sure to check the clothes! If the product meets the specified return conditions and all tags are present, the refund will be made within 3 working days. We transfer all data to the financial department and the funds are automatically returned to the card from which the payment was made on the site through the LiqPay/Apple Pay/Google Pay system and the same, if the payment was made with full bank details.

13) Do the photos of things on the website and Instagram correspond to their real appearance?

We try to convey the real appearance of all products in the photos on Instagram and on the website as accurately as possible. However, sometimes there may be a slight difference in color display, as different electronic devices may transmit color differently.

14) What kind of packaging does my order have?

We pack all orders in white paper with a sticker and treat the package with our signature perfume. We can also include a gift card if you are ordering a gift. Please indicate your wishes regarding the packaging of your order in the comments when placing the order. We also have separate packaging for cashmere items and sets - branded bags.

15) Is the assortment of your online store and showroom different?

16) Who pays for logistics services when returning goods?

If the product is returned due to product damage on the part of the brand, the return shipping is paid by the seller (brand). If the product is returned in a situation where the product has the proper appearance, but the size/color, etc., did not suit you, the return/exchange shipping is paid by the buyer (client).

17) Do you have additional discounts?

No, we do not have a loyalty system. You can find all discounted products in the Sale section.

18) What to do if it was not possible to pay for the order on the website or other errors occurred when ordering online?

Write to our managers, please, and they will quickly help complete the order. You can also write to us in Instagram direct and we will place your order there.

19) What is the work schedule of the online department?

Managers process orders from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, it is possible to place an order 24/7 on our jul.ua website.
