1. Order completion period is 1-3 business days

2. Delivery service across Ukraine is provided by the company Nova Poshta (branches, automated parcel lockers, address delivery)

3. International delivery is possible worldwide, except russia, belarus, Eritrea, the DPRK, Syria, and India — it is provided by the Nova Poshta (5-14 days) and also by Ukrposhta service (20-30 days). However, these terms may change and depend on the carrier)

4. Orders are sent officially (with tags and accompanying documents). Therefore, regardless of the value of the parcel, the Recipient must pay VAT. Orders worth more than 150 € additionally require a cargo customs declaration (CCD).
