To clean the product, gently wipe off dust and dirt with a dry cloth or soft-bristled brush. For more stubborn dirt, use a small amount of mild soap solution or genuine leather cleaner. You can then wipe with a care product to preserve the natural shine of the material.

To maintain the softness, elasticity and color of the leather product, use a genuine leather conditioner if necessary. It will help prevent cracks from appearing on the surface of the accessories. The conditioner should be applied with a soft cloth and rubbed into the leather in circular motions. Leave the product for a few minutes so that the surface absorbs the conditioner. Then, gently wipe off any residue.

Store accessories in a dry, cool place, out of direct sunlight, in special dust bags to prevent scratches and dirt.

SHIPPING

1. Order completion period is 1-3 business days

2. Delivery service across Ukraine is provided by the company Nova Poshta (branches, automated parcel lockers, address delivery)

3. International delivery is possible worldwide, except russia, belarus, Eritrea, the DPRK, Syria, and India — it is provided by the Nova Poshta (5-14 days) and also by Ukrposhta service (20-30 days). However, these terms may change and depend on the carrier)

4. Orders are sent officially (with tags and accompanying documents). Therefore, regardless of the value of the parcel, the Recipient must pay VAT. Orders worth more than 150 € additionally require a cargo customs declaration (CCD). Therefore, in addition to the payment for the delivery service, the Recipient will have to cover all costs related to customs clearance. For international shipments, the Recipient must find out the cost of customs clearance on the official websites of the receiving country. All duties and taxes are borne by the Recipient. Additionally, we note that we do not have information on how the customs clearance procedure works and how much it costs
